Truck Mechanic

Are you looking to find your forever career, look no further! We are seeking a Aerial Truck Mechanic in CLeveland, Ohio! The ideal candidate will have experience working on aerial bucket trucks, digger derrick trucks and horizontal boring machines. Must have a minimum 5 years’ experience with diesel engine repair. This is a unionized position with the local 18.

Requirements:

Perform quality repairs and maintenance on all Heavy Truck and Diesel Engines

as specified in manufacturer designed procedures or accepted industry practices.

 Accurately complete all paperwork including repair information on work orders,

information for state and emission inspections, etc.

 Dedication and adherence to all company and industry safety standards

 Diagnose failures of vehicles and disassemble repair and reassemble parts as

necessary

 Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles, annual inspections

 Answer road calls

 Maintain vehicle records as required

 Maintain and repair heavy equipment

 Maintain records such as daily check list (pre-trip inspection)

 Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
