Service Manager

Great opportunity available for an Experienced Service Manager in our Dallas branch. This Shop Manager will oversee a large operation with approximately 40 technicians and other shop personnel. The ideal Manager will have 5+ years technical and managerial experience preferably within the transportation industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule work order, and delegate workload.
- Ensure that all repairs are performed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for P&L (profit & Loss) and department efficiency.
- Hire, train, mentor and supervise all new Shop Service Department employees.
- Promote positive and professional relationships with all company personnel and between its’ divisions.
- Liaison with other department managers to discuss operational needs.
- Maintain and build relationship with clients/customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years technical & supervisor/managerial experience working in the transportation industry.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must hold a valid drivers’ license with a fairly clean driving record.
Compensation
$80,000 - $85,000/annually, plus company vehicle and fuel card.

Shifts
Days, 7:00AM – 4:30PM (Monday – Friday). Should be flexible to be on call and take calls after hours.
