Service Advisor

Come Join North America’s public and private market motor coach leader. We are looking for a service adviser to come join a growing operation in Des Plaines, IL. The Mechanic performs the removal and replacement of various motor coach parts. 

 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Greets customer and process check-in paperwork ensuring customer is comfortable at all times.

Communicates with the customer, in person or on the phone, on status of estimate, changes and up-selling.

Opens, changes and closes repair orders.

Administers and determine warranty claims.  Advises customers.

Formalizes all estimates from the shop for presentation to the customer.

 WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

5 years service operations and customer service preferably in automobile dealership in a service writer role.

Strong organizational and PC skills.  

Basic knowledge of motor coach repair.

High School diploma required.
