We are seeking a motivated and skilled Parts Warehouse Worker to join our team at a leading trailer company. As a The Parts Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely handling, storage, and movement of trailers and related equipment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Trailer Handling: Safely load, unload, and move trailers and related equipment within the warehouse using appropriate tools and equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of trailer inventory, including tracking incoming and outgoing trailers, updating inventory databases, and conducting regular physical counts.

Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct visual inspections of trailers to ensure they are in proper working condition, report any damages or maintenance needs, and perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning and minor repairs.

Order Fulfillment: Assist in fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking and packing trailers and related components, verifying quantities and specifications, and preparing them for shipment or delivery.

Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by properly storing trailers and equipment, ensuring aisles and work areas are clear, and following safety protocols for the arrangement of materials and equipment.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe operation of equipment, and reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

Documentation and Reporting: Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and reports related to warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping logs, inspection reports, and inventory records.

Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate work flow, resolve issues, and ensure efficient operations across the warehouse.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, best practises, and efficiency enhancements to optimize warehouse operations.
